About Winnable AI

Built for the small firms that do the work.

Every year the government is required to award a large share of its contracts to small businesses. Most of those businesses never see the opportunities that fit them — the notices are buried, the language is hostile, and the tools built to help cost more than a hire. We think that’s fixable.

Why we built this

The work is winnable. Finding it shouldn’t be the hard part.

Talk to a small contractor and you hear the same story: they’re good at the job, but the pipeline is guesswork. Notices arrive in a firehose. A “Sources Sought” goes unanswered because nobody knew what it was. A prime they could have teamed with never heard of them.

Winnable started as a way to take that guesswork off the plate. It reads every new public opportunity, scores it for how well it fits your firm, drafts the first response, and points you at the partners who’ve actually won this kind of work — so you spend your time only on the contracts you can realistically win.

It is not a database and it is not a magic button. It is a quiet, capable colleague who does the reading, shows their working, and lets you decide.

Winnable AI

Two operators and a team of agents

Winnable AI is a small, founder-run company. Two people set the direction and talk to customers; a set of AI agents does the reading, scoring and drafting. You will never be handed off to a sales floor.

See how it works

What the AI does — and doesn’t

  • Reads and scores every public notice
  • Drafts responses in your voice
  • Never sends anything without a human
  • Never touches restricted data

Built on official, public government data

  • SAM.gov
  • USAspending.gov
  • FPDS
  • GSA CALC+
  • SBA DSBS

Nothing scraped from behind a login, nothing marked for official use only. If we can’t show you where a fact came from, we don’t show the fact.

How we work

Four things we won’t compromise on.

We'd rather under-claim and over-deliver. These are the rules the product and the company are built around.

Plain English, always

Government contracting is full of acronyms and unspoken rules. We explain them the way a friend who's done it would — and we never hide behind jargon.

Honest about the odds

We tell you how well a contract fits and why. We never promise an award, inflate a score, or dress up a long shot as a sure thing.

A human decides

The software drafts, scores and organises. A person on your team approves everything before it goes anywhere. That's not a limitation — it's the point.

Fair, flat pricing

Free to start, a flat monthly price after that, cancel anytime. We never take a percentage of what you win.

Questions about any of this? We’d genuinely like to hear them.
